I am a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. I will offer you nutritional coaching, perform fitness testing (to show progress) and educate you as my client on exercise and its benefits. I design personalized exercise programs based on your individual needs and desired goals.
I am a stay at home mom who also home schools two little boys.  As a mom, I have been there as far as being out of shape and overweight and struggling to find time to take care of me!  After becoming a certified trainer, I immediately knew what my focus would be: training women in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.
If you are a woman who would rather avoid the sometimes intimidating atmosphere or expense of the gym or if you are a mom who needs the convenience of working out from home while the baby naps, I am your girl!   I am a mom first and I do my personal training on the side.  As such, I have seen firsthand how being a fit mom is truly beneficial

I also understand the difficulty in bouncing back from having babies and losing yourself in the day to day routines!  I know how to get you out of the rut you are in, because my very first client was myself.  By applying the benefits of diet and exercise to myself, I dropped 14% body fat and changed my life.
